“MY MARRIAGE IS OVER. NOW WHAT?” It doesn’t matter whether you experience low conflict or high conflict during divorce, we are looking for couples who simply wish  to be fair and honest with Kristy_Aug08 13_200x200 pxlseach other.

If you are that couple, “We will personally work with you to negotiate a Win-Win Plan for your separation and divorce.

YOU Control the Cost, Time, and Outcome

Here’s how we help:

The first thing we do for you is lay out the issues to be resolved to get you to the end.  After all, that’s what you’re missing right now – a plan to move on with your lives.

The initial consultation fee is $150 and we prefer that you both come in.  This is a critical first step to explore your options and to see if mediation is a fit for you. We ask that you sit in the same room only twice during the entire step-by-step process, this being the first time.

We do most of the heavy lifting for you… explaining every step of the way, what you need to disclose, what your options are, etc. –while remaining neutral and unemotional. At the end of this consultation, one of three things will happen:

  1. You love the mediation process but decide to implement it on your own. If this is the case, we’ll wish you the best of luck and ask that you keep in touch with us to let us know how your doing,
  2. You love the process and you feel we can get the job done for you, and you ask to become our client. You believe we can help you find a Win-Win resolution, or
  3. In the unlikely event that you feel like we wasted your time, we will refund your consultation fee. No questions asked.

Therefore, the “worst” that can happen is that you get your consultation fee back because we “wasted” an hour of your time. The best that can happen is – we work together, one-on-one, to bring quick closure to a very difficult chapter in you and your spouse’s lives.

So why would we offer you this?

Two reasons: First of all, having gone through our own painful separation and divorces, we have a passion for helping couples go through it in a more humane, less stressful and cost-effective way. Second, it’s our model of success which we have developed over the past 10 years. It works and it gets you to your mutual goals quickly and in a safe environment.

Here’s how:

Assuming you and your spouse are happy with the final results, you will become our biggest “word-of mouth marketers.” In this case, we will ask you for your testimonial to promote Kelowna Divorce Mediation Services. Our fee is $220 per hour… but if you think about it, it really is peanuts compared to each of you having to hire a divorce lawyer for up to $500 per hour. That’s up to $1000 per hr for your divorce lawyers to speak to one another!

 This is NOT for Everybody.

Here’s Who We Can Help:

  1. You share the desire to be fair with each other, and to stay out of court.
  2. You wish to control the process.
  3. You both agree to disclose all relevant financial documents.
  4. You don’t want to use adversarial divorce lawyers.
  5. You are married or common-law.
  6. You both desire an uncontested divorce if you’re married.
  7. You both wish to resolve your issues in a less adversarial way.
  8. You both wish to divorce with dignity and in a more peaceful manner.
  9. You both wish to protect your children.
  10. You wish to keep your hard earned money in your own pockets!

If you meet the criteria above and you wish to book a private consultation for you and your spouse, then we’ll happily set time aside to speak with you.
